Thanks for reaching out.
You should be able to find Footer Translation somewhere in WPML > String Translation. If you didn’t find it, please provide login credentials along with the following information for your site in a secure note to check your settings.

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
