How to tranfert license

Our developer has unlock license but if I use it to register on my personal area it doesn’t work.

How can complete this task?

You should be able to transfer a license to your account without any issue as long as it is unlocked.

Would you mind providing us the License Key in question in a Secure Note:

Please use the converted license instead. The license you share is the original X license and then it was upgraded to PRO. Since your license is now for PRO, please use the converted license. On the license page of the developer you can see it on top:
