How to: tag list under .entry-header on blog index page (integrity)

Hi!

How can I put the tag list under .entry-header on the blog index page?

I’ve done it on single posts using this code I found in the forum:

(function($){
$(’.single-post .entry-footer’).insertAfter( $(’.single-post .entry-header’) );
})(jQuery);

…but I can’t find how to achieve the same on blog index.
