How to switch WP Theme X to Pro

I am trying to switch our WP X theme to Pro.
I have gone to Appearance > Themes > Add New Theme.
I can’t find PRO??? Can you point me in the right direction?

(I have backed up our site and updated X to 6.1.6 version)

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

As you have already converted the licence to Pro, you need to download Pro Theme and then upload from Appearance > Themes. Please use following URL (in secure note) to download Pro Theme. You can also download from the members area.
