Thanks for asking.:slight_smile:

Navigation dropdown background and hover color change be changed from Links > Setup > Background. Here is a screencast that you can refer. https://screencast.com/t/Vh7wdmz8

If you would like to change font color, you can do that from Links > Primary Text Style > Text Color.
