How to show products instead of blank space when products are unavailable

Hi there,

I have a little issue with my shop page. I set the option to hide unavailable products and now in the shop page I see some blank space instead of the other products.

There’s an example screen

As you can see, the last two products are kinda hidden but I want to show the other products in sequence.
How can I fix it?

I’ll attache you a login in case you need to fix manually

I cant see any blank section within the product page.

You may have caching issue, please flush you cache/ Browser cache check again.

Hi there,

you don’t see any blank section because at this moment the yellow sale campaign is active, but when I wrote this post the campaign was offline so the product was hidden.

I need to avoid this issue because the campaigns are temporary.

I hope you understand the problem: it’s not pretty to show some blank spaces to customers.

In that case, please copy your site over to a staging server so we could see the issue. Otherwise, we could not help either because we could not see the issue. It is also important to investigate this in staging because we need to turn off all third party plugins and customizations if there’s any because we need to know if the issue is coming from X and not caused by third party factors.
