How to show plugins option from Pro settings

Hi, I’m setting up the Settings for the Editor.
The problem I’m having is that the Editor has no access to the Plugins. For updating the plugins I mean.

Where is the option where they (editors) can manage the plugins on the left vertical bar?

Thanks for writing in!
Core feature like plugin update can’t be control via editor.
That is core feature of WordPress.
