is it possible to have the latest posts presented in the sidebar be shown in full size (not cropped) ?
I have square thumbnail images and due to the responsiveness these images look like they’re centered and cropped to fit into the sidebar’s width.
Just wanted to know if it’s possible to make them show in full size?

It seems that you are using recent posts shortcode in text widgets. At the moment it is not possible to show the full-size image of posts. It will need custom development to show the full-size image of posts.
You can try the “Essential grid” extension plugin which allows you more controls on posts featured image size.
Please have a look at the documentation of “Essential grid” so that you can display the full-size featured image of the posts.
