How to set my Contact button to my email account?

Hi there,
Sorry for my ignorance but I want to set the “Send It” button in my Contact page to get this info to my Hosting email account, Could you teach me how to do it?

Thanks for reaching out.

To add your email address to your contact form, please follow the steps below.

1.) Go to the contact from in your dashboard

2.) Choose your contact form from your contact form 7 list and click edit

3.) Then click the “Mail Tab” and add your email address to the “To” field.
