How to scroll to position container after getting text from url for CF7

Hey guys, im using default:get CF7 feature to populate the select field from url (ex. ?menu-subject=Call%20Center%20Digital)

What I want to do is after getting the text on the form trigger the scroll down to container using key anchors.
