How to scroll Content Area Modal popup without mouse scroll wheel or touch pad?

Is there a way to scroll a Content Area Modal popup without using the touch pad or mouse scroll wheel? I cannot find a control for it in the element. I need to offer the ability for desktop users without a scroll wheel mouse to scroll the popup modals.

Regretfully, there is no such option for scrolling the Content Area Modal, without mouse or touchpad.
