How to replace & with & in page source code

Hi everyone,
I have some problem with my page. The newsletter tool I am using can not interpret the & sequence in the google fonts link. I was told to change therefore the link to &. Is this possible?

https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:400,400i,700,700i,900&subset=latin,latin-ext&display=auto

instead of

https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:400,400i,700,700i,900&subset=latin,latin-ext&display=auto

I reckon I would have to replace that somehow in my functions.php. Could you show me how?
