Hi there,

I have checked your site but I can’t seem to see the white border that you have mentioned.

Would you mind providing a screenshot where you are seeing this?

Thank you.

Hi There,

I have tested your site on both Chrome & Firefox, but I could not replicate this issue.

Are you using the latest Chrome browser? If not try updating it. Otherwise, try clearing your browser cache and test your issue again.

Thanks!

please use MOBILE issue is also on MOBILE

Hi there,

Would you mind providing the login details to your site in a secure note so that we can check it?

Thank you.

Ok, here it is.

Hi there,

Thank you for the information. The problem you are experiencing is not because of a white bar, actually, it is because of the dimension of the images that you used in the Revolution Slider. As the image needs to be correct width/height wise and to avoid having the image skewed, the image gets smaller on height when the width of the browser is getting smaller which is the case for mobile view.

I used the Google Chrome Developer Toolbar and shrink the browser window to show you exactly what is happening:

Now the Revolution Slider has a method to fix this issue which you need to follow using this tutorial:

Also, there is a tutorial regarding the overall responsive slide creation which will be a great help:

Thank you.

Hello @ParadoxVapez,

I’ve turned on the custom grid size and set the layer grid size to 960px.

I’ve also enabled the Respect Aspect Ratio option.

Hope it helps.

that messed up how I like my pictures to look. now they are all full screen I do not want the slides to look like this I like the ;layer grid size WIDTH the way it was but just wanted more HEIGHT. I never told you to make those changes @jumar

Hello @ParadoxVapez,

Apologies for the confusion. I reverted it back to its original settings.

Would you mind providing a screenshot on where you are seeing the buttons that don’t work?
