How to remove the "x" menu in the top right corner?

I searched for other topics but they are 5 years old and the menu in WordPress no longer matches those old posts
Any idea how to remove this X menu in the corner? I also have a suggestion that it should be removed / turned off by default if possible. Thank you.

I am also getting a double scroll bar, if anyone has insights into that; it seems to be maybe related to an extra gap under the footer. I think the gap is coming from the main body but not sure how its going below the footer too.

Hey Michael,

To disable the Header Widget (+ icon), go to X/Pro > Theme Options > Header > Widgetbar and set Header Widget Areas to None (Disabled).

For the double scroll bar issue, set the Height of all the Bars in your Pro Footer to auto.
