Hey there, im using Integrity theme on my wordpress website, and as im not planning on using the sidebar, could I remove the side bar so that the page and the contents could be centered?

Thank you for the very detailed post information.
To totally removed the sidebar in all the pages in your site, please go to X > Theme Options > Layout & Design > Content Layout. You must select Fullwidth so that all the layouts of your pages will always be fullwidth.
