Thanks for writing in! Head over to Pro -> Theme Options -> Footer -> Footer content area and change the text accordingly.

Thanks a lot. As you can see I’m new to X and Pro (bought X and chose to update to Pro). X was recommended by a friend.
I start to see the workflow and I like it.
