How to remove noindex directive

Hi there,

I’ve just set up Google Webmaster Tools and seen that my site has been noinexed by Google.

On investigation, I found that the “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” box was checked, so I have unchecked it.

It’s been over 24 hours since I did this and GWM is still saying it can’t crawl and index the site. I haven’t installed any SEO plugins to date and none of the plugins I have installed have any SEO functionality - is there anything else I should be looking at to make sure the site will be indexed?
