How to remove header logo on main page only

Hi,
I read that you can remove the header logo on the main page with the pro theme. I have the regular X theme and it doesn’t work. I can remove it from all the pages with
header .x-brand {display: none;}
header.masthead {
position: absolute;
left: 0;
right: 0;
top: 0;
}
But I only want to remove it on the main page.

Thanks for writing in.

You can add the page class of your theme where you want to remove for example:

.home header .x-brand {display: none;}

or

.page-id-1 header .x-brand {display: none;}
