I have a pro account , how can I take my template out of demo. None of the options that i saw seemed to work for me.

Did you use X theme before and have setup a demo content? Once you have imported the demo content, your site will have the demo theme option settings, pages, posts and portfolio items. Even if you install Pro theme, the Pro theme will have to inherit the theme option settings. The demo pages, posts and portfolio items were already part of the site content with or without X or Pro theme since it was already imported. You only remove these pages, posts and portfolio items by deleting them manually.
