How to remove audio grey transparency placeholder

Hello, there is an universal issue in theme pro which I think should be addressed.

When I add an audio element to a page the theme adds a grey semi transparency place holder. This is is a problem when using ACF dynamic content and the element has not been populated.

As you can see from the image the populated element is showing correctly, but the one without content on the bottom just show a grey bar.

This does not seem to happen with other elements, and it’s not due to specific customised settings.

How do I get rid of it?

When I am in the editor the text area is just defined buy a superimposed light diagonal lines that are invisible when no text is added. The same should happen with audio but unfortunately this is not the case.

Hello Cat,

Thank you for the inquiry.

Have you tried configuring the Customize > Conditions of the element so that it doesn’t display when the ACF field is empty? For example, the condition below should display the Gap element only when the ACF field is not empty.

Let us know of the result.

Best regards,
Ismael
