This is my first question here so I hope everything I ask is okay…
My dad bought a X theme license some month ago which he doesn`t need anymore. I could use his but once I want to register the license at the license page, it says:“Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.”
He already unlocked his license…
Am I doing something wrong? Can someone here help me with that???

Does you Dad only have one license? Unlocking a single license in an account will not work. The account should be deleted first before you can register a new account using the license code. We can even just change the username and email address if we have permission from the APEX account owner.
