We can not give you a tutorial on how to recreate a exact copy of that section. But I can provide you with steps to have a solid starting point.
On your Page section, add an element called Posts (Minimal), this will give you a grid of blog posts (if you have any blog posts).
Inspect the parent ROW of this Posts (Minimal) and under the customize tab look for the Looper Provider
Click the Recent Posts label and switch that from Recent Posts to Query Builder
In the Query Builder change the Posts field from Posts to Product
The grid should now show your products instead of the blog posts. And you can now add elements under Woocommerce tab inside that grid.
Please note that inside the Looper you only need to edit the first item/column and all items will take styling automatically.
