How to Password protect a Button attached to a Google Form?

So I want to have a private Google Form for Judges to use to enter their scores

I have a Button for them to click on to get to this Google Form, but am I able to require them to enter a password when the click the button & before viewing the form?

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out.
What you are trying to achieve, you can do by adding a password to the Page and then adding the Google Form link to the Button. Alternatively, you can embed the Google Form into the password-protected page. If you are not proficient in this, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization, or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks

Ok thanks for that info, I was able to embed it into a new webpage

But how do I now make that web page password protected?

Wait I figured it out

I was able to do it through the pages “Status & Visibility” and then was able to add a password to that particular page

That is the correct way to do it right?

Hi John,

Yes, that is the correct way to protect a page with a password.

Thanks
