How to open a ticket?

[blatix]

Can anyone help me to open a ticket, or is there anyone answering questions here??

Cheers.

Hi there @blatix,

This is a ticket Sure we’d be happy to help, are you using our lightbox shortcode? Or another form of lightbox?

Thanks!

Thanks for coming back to me… This was my second ‘ticket’… I didn’t see I got a reply form my first one (exact same topic).

You can close this and sorry for the confusion!

Best wishes
