How to open a form with a button

Hi i would like to know if its possible to open a Estimation & Payment Forms with a button .

Exemple : Button > Open new windows > Display Estimation & Payment Forms

Thanks for writing in!

Please create a page that will contain your Estimation & Payment Form. Take note of the page URL.

In your homepage, you can edit the page and insert a button element. In the button link, you will have to insert the page URL of the E&P form and then select “New Tab” so that the form will be open in a new tab window.

I think i understand why, because the version of my wordpress was too recent for the theme :s I downgrade my wordpress and try it again for see if its work
