Hello, my name is Guillermo, I am noob in the web edition I try to move my footer under a language selection menu but it does not let me place it below this when I am editing the footer this menu is not displayed and when I edit the page with pro does not let me move neither the footer nor the menu, because I understand that they are editable in their separate sections of menu editing and footer editing.
I would also like to know if I can take with a pipette the color of the footer so that the color is identical to the selected one or some alternative that allows me this.

Do you mean you want to just switch the order of the bar with a white background and the bar with a yellow background?
If so, you can simply switch the orders of those bars in the footer builder by clicking and dragging a bar to the position where you want it to be:
