I would like to have my website be intereactive like this two:

My main focus right now is how can I make my blogs look like theirs? I know we have essential grid and I am using it, but it seems a little buggy how it currently works on my website.

You can see my blogs on that page at the bottom, the description and Read More buttons are merging together and not allowing you to click the article properly.

But is essential grid capable of having similar look?

And how would I add interactive borders like this company did to their Jollybee/Dose/Rebel spirit sections?
