How to make timed pop up form without requiring a button?

Hello, I’m trying to create a timed pop-up form. I’ve read articles suggesting to use Modal for pop-up forms, but whenever I use Modal, it just creates a button that when clicked triggers the pop-up form. Instead I want a pop-up form to appear after a few seconds on page.
