How to make "text remains visible during webfont load"

I cannot for the life of me figure out why I’m still getting error messages about this.

Here is what I have in my CSS.

Thanks for writing in! To properly load Google Fonts, please make sure of the Font Manager instead. Kindly open the Font Manager in X> Theme Options, set up all your Google Fonts and then set the Font Display option to “fallback” or “swap”.

Thank you for the quick response. I already did that. So do I need to remove the @font family tag in the CSS?

Yes, you can remove those custom CSS to prevent multiple font requests and to improve performance.
