So I’m using Rev Slider in a few areas such as my home page for an Ad Banner section at the top and also a rotating Ad Banner section at the top of my Sidebars on all other pages.
But I’m getting a lot of java errors that are really bogging my website down and giving me a bad Google Search Console score.
What can I do to my current Rev Sliders to make them load faster and not bog my website down?

The first thing you should do is resolve errors as much as you can so you need to follow all the troubleshooting procedures mentioned in our Common Issue article here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues. You need to know exactly where the errors in your site are coming from before you optimize.
After that, you need to play around with Slider Revolution’s Performance settings like the Lazy Loading, Insert Scripts to Footer and Defer Scripts.
Lastly, try the performance tips from our article here https://theme.co/docs/how-to-improve-site-performance
Just a note, we can report issues to Slider Revolution developers provided that we prove the issue is really coming from the plugin. We cannot support performance issues due to the fact that there are a lot of external factors involved.
