So I have some sections that are just a background image with parallax set, but they become small strips instead of larger sections, so how do I adjust the height size of sections that just have a single background image?

Thank you for writing in, add a Classic Gap element to your section. This way you’re giving a height to your section but not a content.
Classic Gap has only size and Hide Base on Screen Width option so its perfect for just adding height to the section.
