How to make feature boxes same height in columns

Hello, I am trying to make all three columns the same height within the row. I am using Cornerstone. The page I am working on is here. In the section called “Services” I want the buttons to line up with each other but they don’t unless I have exactly equal height icons and equal lines of text. How can I fix this so that it looks correct both on a PC and a mobile device?

Also, you will see that the icons I have created are not the same shape. Is there any way to align the text in the feature boxes across all the columns with different icons?
