How to make elements only appear when scrolled to webpage location?

Hi Im just wondering if there is a way to make elements appear one at a time?

Example: User lands on the website, they start scrolling, and only then do the elements appear.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for writing in!

To get your issue resolved, you will have to add Scroll Effects to the elements that you want to display as the scrolling of the page started. Perhaps you can check out this video tutorial about the Effects module.
