As of now I tried this:

But it seems like not working, can you please help me here, how to achieve this?

There is no inbuilt functionality in the X theme to achieve this. The following articles and thread might be helpful for you on this.

Can you please make this as a feature request, “To make any DIV elements horizontally Scrollable” in the Layout Builder, it will make our workflow of designing easy.
