Ideally I would like to have a section with a lower level background image that is a rectangular that is set to left to right parallax but stationary vertically on the top of the screen with a upper level background transparency with stationary text, and then have the next section have a background pattern like this - 
That starts overlapping the first section and parallaxes over it until the original image is gone.
What is the simplest way to make this happen?
