How to link a footer menu item to javascipt?

I may be asking the question all wrong. I’ve reviewed the Custom Content & Shortcodes from the UberMenu Knowledgebase. Probably did it wrong. All I’m trying to do is add a footer menu item “Consent Choices” linking to < a href="javascript:Didomi.preferences.show()">Consent choices</a>. Just realized that didn’t show properly so added an extra space in there. Please advise on how I can do that.

The site is https://blockslearning.com/

Thank you.

Hello @littlesprouts,

Thanks for writing in! Since you cannot add a JS in a menu item in the Appearance > Menus, you may need to use a custom JS code. Kindly check out this article instead:
