How to launch shortcode from a button?

Hi

See screenshot. I have the shortcode from ConvertPlug extension to launch a popup on a click, how do i get this shortcode to work with a button?

I am sorry for being such a newbi. But please instruct me with a more specific guide. I am using cornerstone and in the elements i can´t find any content band??

I have a button on that page and i would like it to launch this shortcode “[cp_modal id=“cp_id_08351”]Your Content[/cp_modal]”

Did that. Nice and simple tutorials.
But when i click on the button, it just scrolls the page to the top.

I have provided access to site in secure note

BTW it works on my about page? But it is the button on the home page. What should be different?

Hi there,

I have checked the settings of the modal pop up and they seem to be setup correctly.

There seems to be a Javascript error when I checked the console though which might be stopping the modal to launch.

Would you mind trying to do a plugin conflict test for this? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
