How to Keep the "Back to Top" Icon Displayed All the Time

I see it appear when I reach the bottom of a page. But I’d like it to be present all the time. Is there an option for that?

Thanks for reaching out.
You need to set the When to Show value to 0% to make the scroll to the top visible all the time.
