How to Insert a CTA in Blog Archive/Index page

I want to insert a call to action that points to another page.

Is there a way to put a CTA where the header would normally go? I can’t edit it like other pages so I don’t know if I can insert it through global CSS?

Hi There,

The only way to add CTA to blog page is through Revolution slider.

Create a slider with the CTA button link and active the slider in blog page.

Edit the Blog page scroll down to slider setting bellow master head. and choose your slider there.
