How to import header of site template design cloud

hi there,

i tried to import the app site template from design cloud:

App by Themeco

all gets importet except the header and footer. how can i import that? because i am interested in the header.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can use those imported templates by clicking into the Use Template option while creating a new Header. Please find the screenshot describing the options.

hi,
but the templates for the header of the site template “app” is not there.
as i said above, the whole site template “app” does get importet except the header and footer.
how can i import the header from the site template “app”?

Hi @deranaloge,

Sorry for the confusion, you may get the imported template in the My Templates tab in the given screenshot. If you are still not able to find it, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
