what will be the condition? Please let me know thanks

Hi @KaziTouhid,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked with the same logic in my local environment and it worked perfectly fine. Please check if there is any other Header assigned to the page which is similar to this header. If that is not the case, we need to check it through the WordPress admin dashboard, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific header where you are having such a problem.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply, It should be working as you said , will you please take a look . I have added the website login for the website in secure note

Hi @KaziTouhid,

It seems the WP Engine cache, I have cleared that and it starts working.

Thanks

Will you please share a video on what you meant, As nothing is working for me? I cleared the cache from the Wp engine main account. But nothing is happening.

Hi @KaziTouhid,

I have checked all the headers and found the Header with the condition you mentioned and that is not showing after clearing the cache. But, when I checked it today it is showing, was there another condition that has been removed? If not, it might be a different case where the condition is not applied to the Sidebar menu. I will check with our development team and notify this.

Thanks
