How to give my licence to another person

I have to give a licence to another person, because I don’t work for them anymore.
How can I give them this? They don’t have an account on theme.co…

Thank you for writing in, first you need to unlock the said license:

Then give the license code to the person you want it to give it to, ask them to register an account on Themeco (https://theme.co/register) using that license.
