How to get the menu to always be flat against the bottom of the screen?

Hello,
I setup my website here https://gainzgarage.com

The menu is not always at the bottom of the screen. For instance on PC, there is a little bit of the website below the fold showing below the menu. On mac, there is a lot more of the website showing below the menu. Your xtheme demo website always has the menu flat at the bottom of the page no matter the screen size. How can I accomplish this?

Hi There,

Please edit your slider, scroll down the Slide layout, under Increase/Decrease Fullscreen Height (Optional) insert the .masthead class:

Let us know how it goes!

Ok so this worked to get the menu on desktop to sit flat against the bottom, but I had to change the slide layout in Slider Revolution to Full Screen instead of auto. This fixes Desktop but breaks mobile. Now on mobile the hero photo scale is way too big (zoomed in) and the elements on top the hero image are out of proportion. Is it possible to keep mobile view set to auto while keeping desktop set to Fullscreen?

Take a look at gainzgarage.com on mobile to see what I mean.

Hey @Zuluster,

That is the effect of using Fullscreen and with the background set to cover. What you can do here is adjust the position of your background under the Source Settings.

Setting the Background Fit option to with anything else won’t look good either because screen widths vary in size and proportion while you only have 1 background image size. That is a spatial limitation.

Thanks.

Ok,
So that centers the image, but it’s still huge and the buttons on top of the image are wacky.

Is it possible to do one of two things?

  1. On mobile, override the “fullscreen” selection to auto?

Or

  1. Use a different size image in the hero slider for mobile?

Those are not possible but here’s a guide from ThemePunch regarding image size selection.

Thanks.
