How to get my post to show

Hi very new to this and having to teach myself can anyone point me in the right direction as the Guy that made my page is no longer in business and I thought there was a blog page but i can not see it

Hi Steve,

Thank you for writing in, on your WordPress admin dashboard navigation to Settings > Reading. The page that is assigned as Posts page is your blog page.

If no page is assigned, please create a page named Blog and assign that as the Posts page
