How to get_header in a plugin page

I’ve created a plugin page, but when I try to add the header and footer, nothing is shown.
So how to use the header and footer in a plugin page? The url is something like mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/theplugin/resultpage.php

Regretfully, this particular request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with custom plugin development. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.
