How to get Cornerstone

Hi,

I purchased the X theme in 2015, I’ve got version 3.2.2. I’ve downloaded the theme again from my Envato dashboard, however, I don’t see Cornerstone included with it. Do I have to purchase Cornerstone? Also, when I update a theme do I have to update the child theme as well?

Hi Ramya,

X already comes with Cornerstone so you do not have to get a separate license for it. If X is activated, Cornerstone should automatically be installed and activated on your site.

In case you are not seeing it, please go to the X link in the admin area and you should be able to see the bundled plugins there. Try to see if you could install Cornerstone from there.

If you don’t see it, please go to the plugins page and see if Cornerstone is on the list. If it is deactivated, you can just activate it.
