Hello if I add a new row in footer builder and add either a shortcode or widget for a creative CTA, it jams it into a small space. I simply want a creative CTA element on all pages in the top row of the footer. Please advise, much appreciated

Please do inspect Bar: Make sure height is set to auto and not specific px value. Also check values under Dimension Tab. Column with will depend on Bar Settings and Column Flex basis settings. Make sure that flex basis is set correctly. You may install Column template from the footer builder too see how responsive columns and flex works.
