How to get a footer to only populate on my Shop & Products pages?

So I am required to add an FDA Disclosure to a footer on my Shop’s page and all products.

How can I enable a footer to just populate on the Shop page & all products within it/woocommerce?

I thought the Woocommerce standard Disclaimer option might have worked, but it populates this footer on the entire website.

So since I only need this on the Shop & products, I’d really prefer to not have it visible on the entire website and not clutter it up.

I see there is an entire Footer section/category under the Pro menu (Headers/Content/Footers)

I’ve tried playing around with this, but I can’t seem to get it to work.

Would this be the way I can accomplish what I’m trying to do?

Ok so I finally was able to make it stick this time.

I have successfully added a Footer to just my Shop & All Products pages:

But when I enable this Pro Footer, it over-rides my normal site footer that I have enabled through Theme Options.

Is there a way to have both of these footers enabled on the Shop & Products pages?

If I’m unable to run both footers, is there just a way for me to create a new Section on the Shop page for this Disclaimer and also have it populate on all of the Products pages as well?

This solution would suffice for what I need to accomplish, I just don’t know how to get it to auto-populate on all of the Products pages too

Hi John,

The footer you enabled on Theme Options is Legacy Footer. We cannot have both footers on settings. Either you choose Legacy Footer or Pro Footer.

Although, what you are trying to achieve is possible with Pro footers only.

You can build your normal site footer inside footer builder and then assign it as your GLOBAL/DEFAULT FOOTER.

Then create another footer for SHOP and PRODUCT page as you need. There is an option on the footer assigment area to set it for all products:

You can build multiple footers and assign it per page as you need. That’s the advantage of PRO footer. You have flexibility to create anything you need.

Ok yes, thanks for the clarification. I’ll just have to build a global footer soon and then create a secondary footer for the Shop & Products pages to make it all look seamless.

The Pro Footer is really awesome!

I was able to enable my regular Assigned Footer Menu under the Setup>Assign Menu for the Navigation Inline Element.

I was then able to easily add the additional containers I needed for my social icons & also the FDA Disclosure I needed to add.

Made a new Global Footer this way and then used it as a template and made a secondary Footer for my Shop & Product Pages that I added an additional Container on and added the FDA Disclosure I needed to only populate on those pages.

I love X Theme Pro & all of the support here!
