Thank you for reaching out to us! You are seeing PHP warning messages that may have came from either a third party plugin or you may have not updated the theme, plugins, WordPress or PHP version.
You can test for the following first:

Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you’re using child theme then and switch to parent theme.
Alternatively you can get rid of this message by turning off the debug mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
When you revisit the page, you should no longer be seeing the message.

I also, wonder what happened when you changed the theme from X to another theme? If the problem persists that means the issue is not related to our theme.

Please be advised that we have released X 7.2.2 and Cornerstone 4.2.2. It is now available in automatic updates. You can now update to this latest version. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using
WP Rocket,WP SuperCacheorW3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And then go to X > Theme Options > Icon > Shop Options and then in X > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop, you must select the number of Columns.

I follow to go to theme Option > woocommerce >shop to set the columns but my shop haven’t changed.
