How to find a Pro designer

Hi all,

I have a clean Wordpress site, Pro, Slider Revolution and WPML all licensed and setup.
Now I am looking for a professional Pro designer to create my website. Where would I best find such a person?

First, it’s really important to understand if you are looking for a “designer” or “developer”. There really is a big difference between the two. I am a full stack developer.

In short a full stack developer doesn’t mean that he or she has necessarily mastered everything required to work with the front-end or back-end, they can work with and full knowledge of databases, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and everything in between, in reference to Wordpress.
